#TanGirlProblems: Face not as Tan as Your Body

Summer is here, and ladies everywhere are searching for that perfect tan. Whether you are lying at the beach or hitting the beds, you may come across some tanning issues down the road. One of the most common tanning problems? Getting your face to match your bod.

Okay so the main reason for this, no surprise, is that your face makeup most likely has SPF in it- preventing your face from getting as tan as your body. I am a huge advocate of SPF, especially on your face, so as many people would suggest that you simply just take off your face makeup- that is not what I would personally recommend. Your skin will prematurely age if you get too much sun damage, so that SPF is much needed if you want to stay looking fresh faced and young.

Yet you still are faced with the issue of having a pale(r) face and a tan body. Here 3 helpful tips to get your face glowing and matching your sun kissed bod.
physicians formula mood boosting bronzer

+ Use a quality bronzer & learn how to contour your skin with your bronzer. This will give the appearance of a tan face, minus the sun damage.

+ Use a face lotion that gradually tans your skin. This stuff is one of my favorite products as it goes on so smooth, moisturizes my skin, and builds a healthy looking tan that lasts!

tan towels

+ For a quick fix, use tan towels designed for the face. These babies will give you an even glow on your face, without clogging your pores.
