If bright neon colors are your cup of tea, make your nails even more noticeable by mixing and matching with bold lines!
- Prep nails with basecoat or Julep Nail Therapy.
- Paint your nails alternatively with two coats each of Helena and Samantha (or another pair of your favorite neon colors!)
- Using a small nail brush, paint line patterns onto your nails using the contrasting color.
- Apply topcoat and let dry!
