Nail art is all the rage these days, and the crazier… the better! Kelly Osbourne recently made nail news with her black diamond mani costing her a whopping $250,000. People weren’t pleased, to say the least… Which is exactly why I would rather chat about a different celeb’s nails, and that is the fabulous miss Katy Perry.

Katy Perry has set the bar pretty high for having some of the most out-of-this-world nail art, and we always look forward to her latest and greatest creation. We love how much fun she has with her nails, and how she never takes herself too seriously!! We also love that she doesn’t rock a mani that costs more than majority of peoples homes… sorry Kelly.
