Create this fun polka dot look in 3 easy steps!
1.) Apply two coats of Meryl (over a basecoat, of course!)
2.) Using a dotting tool, paint dots of Niecy along the tips of your nails.
3.) Wipe off the dotting tool, then switch over to Alicia for the second row of dots, directly above the first row. We kept the dots the same size, but you can experiment with different-sized dots!
