Step 1: Prep your nails and apply Basecoat.
Step 2: Apply 2 coats of Julep Carrie to your nails.
Step 3: Use a thin nail art brush to apply a line to each nail.
Step 4: Use an orange wood stick to apply gold glitter along the white line.
Step 5: Apply Topcoat and enjoy!
