Who ever said that rain boots were only to be worn in the rain? That is one rule that I am 100% okay with breaking. I would love to meet the individual who had the genius idea of breaking fashion norms and pairing their most beloved pair of Wellington’s with their shortest shorts & share with them my gratitude. Living in San Diego, there isn’t much of a need to own rain boots, yet with this fun look I can finally go purchase an adorable pair of Hunter boots. I can’t wait.
