Mixing and matching patterns is often considered an art in the world of fashion, as it isn’t always the easiest look to pull off. Fortunately for all of you, with just a few tips & a little inspiration, you too can rock mix matched patterns allll season long. Once you open up to the idea & have a little fun with it, you will soon become a mix & match master. 

  • + Ease into this trend by mixing and matching the prints of your accessories (i.e. bangles and bags, scarves and shoes). This will help you get comfortable with the whole idea before moving onto full ensembles.
  • + When looking to create the whole look start with two similar prints (i.e. tribal) in a different scale or color combination. This is a really fun way to do this look, without going over the top.
  • + Pair patterns that “work together”. Come great combos include, but are not limited to: stripes and floral prints, polka dots and stripes, floral and leopard print, tribal print and polka dots, etc.
  • + Sometimes, sticking to the same color scheme makes mixing and matching easy and seamless.
