Have you noticed how your skin has changed as the weather gets harsher and colder? Since the temperatures have dropped and the winds have picked up, my hands have become particularly dry and rough. I continuously feel the need to apply hand cream because my skin soaks up the moisture in a matter of seconds. On a good note- I have found a solution that helps cure the need for a constant supply of lotion!

If your hands are dry, chapped, or wind burnt like mine- try using moisturizing gloves. Specially crafted moisturizing gloves are breathable and help the skin absorb and retain oils. Most gloves are machine washable, which makes them even more convenient and reusable. You can find moisturizing gloves at your local retailer or online at drugstore.com, bedbathandbeyond.com, and amazon.com.
Here’s what you need to do:
1. Apply lotion liberally.
2. Put gloves on.
3. Leave on overnight for best results.
4. Repeat nightly.
*Tip* For even better results, apply Julep Cuticle Oil before using your favorite lotion.

Emily, you’re a genius! My granddaughter just gave me a tube of the Julep Glow on Age Defying Hand Brightener 2 days ago & from the 1st use I fell in love with it. I could feel the difference immediately on my hands, which are so dry they peel! I never thought about the gloves though. I’m on my way right now to purchase them! Thank you so much for your wonderful suggestion. It is so great when other consumers share their experiences, this way we can all benefit. Thanks again!
