4 Weeks

Guess what ladies and gents it’s workout time! (trained professionals hired) Eat almost no salt and if you are really trying to shed some pounds drink juiced smoothies for ALL meals plus great vitamins and LOTS of water! You also need to recheck your appointments, hair, facial, nails and fittings. Have your shoes picked out and broken in, seek your jewels, clutch and driver, (sitter if needed) and where are the good after parties? A MUST for your hands is cuticle oil, start getting those hands camera ready now!

3 weeks

Yikes! Ok, three weeks to go, time for a facial with the microdermabrasion and a lil’ glycolic or deep peel If you have sensitive skin then this is perfect timing to make sure no redness or bumps occur. Keep working out and start on your regimented diet! Don’t forget LOTS of water. Have you picked out your nail color yet? This is the perfect time to do a few tests runs and make sure you are in love with your choice.

2 Weeks

This is a BIG week! You should have your hair appointment the middle to the end of this week, cut and color. This way if the bangs are a little short there is time for them to grow. You will head to your lash fill appointment and brow wax and continue your diet and workout routine. Don’t forget WATER! As for your hands, you should be using cuticle oil and growth serum daily and booking your mani & pedi for the big night.

1 Week

Game ON! At the beginning of the week you will re-fit your dress, jewels and shoes. If you are trying a new look you may do a trial run with hair and make-up. You will get your spray tan this week, but before this you will head to your waxing/sugaring appointment. Your hair has been colored, trimmed and perhaps a shine glass was added mid week. Also this week is your detox facial that will exfoliate and have a hyaluronic fill of moisturizer.

1 Day Before

Today is all about your nails. You will attend your mani & pedi appointment and have light meals all day. Don’t forget 8 glasses of water and exercise. RELAX, get a good nights sleep and wake up for your amazing day!

Morning of!

You will have the best sleep ever! Exercise in the morning and have a smoothie with your daily dose of vitamins. Now it is prep time – your nails have been painted, next is make-up and hair (usually takes 3 1/2 hours). Next you will pop into your dress and shoes, add your jewels and make sure your purse has powder, lipstick, cash and be on your way! Your driver will pick you up and TA-DA, time to strunt your stuff on the red carpet.
